THE GINALS (and WIMBLEDON) TENNIS TOURNAMENT AND BARBECUE
Come along to (another) fun
afternoon of tennis and a barbecue at Dominic Eedle’s house on Sunday 8th
July starting after midday.
Everyone is welcome, as a
player or a supporter. There are some old rackets available, but would suggest
bringing your own if possible. Terry Cooper will be organising a
mini-tournament of doubles, and will work out the pairings on the day.
It is also the Mens Final day
at Wimbledon so anyone who wants to watch that can do so on the TVs upstairs.
There is also a lovely
swimming pool, with shower and changing facilities available.
Dominic is also hosting the
barbecue, providing the meat and jacket potatoes, bread and cheese, and
wine/drinks; but you might like to provide a salad/ rice dish or a dessert, or
both!
