Mercredi 3 mars Bouysett (8km) r-v:9.30 Cirque de Bône (à gauche au bout de la vielle route de St Antonin à Caussade D958) Terrain: plat- sur le plateau.

Mercredi 10 mars St Georges (7km) (D958 de St Antonin à Caussade, à droite après le Domain Audubert, suivez la route à Servenac et après, Lavourette). R-v: 9.30. Terrain: très facile.

Mercredi 17 mars Lardaillé (8km) (Notez que la route de St Antonin à Espinas est fermée (efficacement ) a cause des travaux. Suivez la D20/D33 Verfeil-Parisot, puis la D75 à Lardaillé, St Igne, Castenet, Monteils. Suivez la D75 à Lardaillé qui monte, et tournez à gauche au pont aux pierres à mi-chemin.
Après: La Castille, Parisot.

Mercredi 24 mars Le Rocher Tremblant (9km) R-v:9.30 L’église de Lescure, (à gauche juste après Barry de Cas D19 de St Antonin à Caylus.Terrain: mélangé.

Mercredi 31 mars Le Calvaire, St Antonin (9kms) r-v: 9.30 La place du Pradel (en face de la quincaillerie, St Antonin Noble Val). Terrain: D’abord (20 mns) très raide mais après facile.
Après: Le Gazpacho, St Antonin

Wed 3 March Bouysett (8km) RV Parking at the Cirque du Bone (first left after the end of the old road to Caussade from St Antonin, D958). Terrain: flat, on the plateau.

Wed 10th March St Georges (7km) From St Antonin D958 take the right turn after Domain Aububert and follow signs for Servenac, Lavourete and St Georges. RV: 9.30, Terrain: easy.

Wed 17th March Lardaille (8km) Please note that, owing to roadworks there are long delays on the St Antoin/Espinas road. So, from the D20/D33 Verfeil-Parisot road, take the D75 marked to Lardaille, St Igne, Castenet and Monteils. (The turning is the Ginals 50km/h zone). Follow the D75 and turn left at the stone bridge halfway up the hill. Terrain: mixed.
Afterwards: La Castille, Parisot.

Wed 24 March Le Rocher Tremblant (9km) RV: 9.30 at Lesclure church, first left after Barry du Cas D19 from St Antonin to Caylus. Terrain: mixed.

Wed 31st March Le Calvaire, St Antonin (9km)RV. The Place du Pradel, opposite the quincaillerie, St Antonin. Terrain: the first 20 minutes is a sheer pull upwards on the route of the Stations of the Cross to the plateau but is well worth the effort for the terrific views and the easy walk on the plateau and downhill to St Antonin.
Afterwards: Le Gazpacho.
