A nice gathering

A new member??

Good to see you all today, I'm pleased to have managed 1/2 the walk and thankful that the rain held off. Nice lunch too.

Sorry not many photos, but let's hope the sun shines next week and I can get more.

Walking 22 avril

On Wed 22nd April we will be walking at Montpalach. We will meet in the centre of Montpalach (blink and you'll miss it) and by kind invitation of Tony and Helen Stevens there will be a picnic lunch at their home afterwards.
The idea is to bring your own food/drink and perhaps some to share, and also your own utensils and chairs. Tables will be provided.

Helen regrets that owing to one of her bitches being in season, dogs won't be permitted but she assures me that there is plenty of shade nearby for dogs left in cars.

The following week the walk will be at Cazals and lunch will be at the Manjocarn. I will be collecting numbers next week.

10 avril Ferme Auberge

"I understand that the meal at the Ferme/Auberge on 10th April was very poor and that those who attended were unhappy about it. This is most regrettable, especially since the intention in arranging meals there was to support the proprietors in making a go of the business, and given that previous occasions there had proved most enjoyable.

In the light of this, I will not be proposing further meals there, and apologise to all concerned for their disappointment and dissatisfaction.

Helen"
