R-v. 9.30 : 

La Mairie, Lavourette (sur le plateau, la route D958 de St Antonin à Caussade, à droite après le domaine Audubert , en suivant la route à Servenac.  

Terrain: plat
 

Mercredi  13 mai Le lac de Parisot. (8km) 

R-v: 9.30 le parking, Parisot. 

Terrain: variable: pas difficile.

Après: La Castille, Parisot.
 

Mercredi 20 mai Caylus (8km) 

R-v: 9.30 

Le syndicat d’initiative, Caylus ( à côté du lac). 

Terrain: variable.
 

Mercredi 27 mai PR1 St Antonin (6.5 km) 

R-v: 9.30 La place des tilleuls, St Antonin (en face la presse). 

Terrain: raide au début, en suite en descent à St Antonin.

Après: L’Ozone, St Antonin (cela reste à confirmer).

As for the walk on April 22, the directions to "Le Cuzoul" are as follows:

-Du Parisot prend la route D 84 vers Najac, Castanet, Lac Parisot.

Après 200 mètres prend la première route à droite, direction "Le Cuzoul".

Continue cette route environ 5 kilomètres jusqu'au l'église du Cuzoul-

People can find a parkingplace close to the church where the walk will start.

Thanks for the kind words & wishes for the Paris Marathon, I smashed my personal best time, and some.......very pleased.  Now back in training for the Albi Half on 26th April, if my toes will let me get them into the trainers!
