Après: L’Oustal, Puylaroque.

Le Rocher Tremblant (8km) r-v: 9.30 De St Antonin à Caylus, prenez la route à St Amans , à gauche au niveau du panneau indicateur 'chateau de Cas': Garez à côté de la route. Terrain: D’abord pentu, suite en descente, suite plat.

Mercredi 23 mars
Feneyrols (8km) R-v: 9.30 Le Chateau de Feneyrols. Terrain: mélangé.
Après: Le Gaspacho, St Antonin.

Autour de Roane (sur le plateau) 8kms. R-v. 9.30 le parking du Cirque de Bône. Terrain: plat.

Wednesday 2nd March Tabarly (8km) RV.9.30, parking at the Cirque de Bone, first left on the D958 from St Antonin to Caussade. Terrain: flat.

Wednesday 9th March Puylaroque (8.5 km) RV: 9.30 Mairie, Puylaroque. Terrain: mixed.
Afterwards, L'Oustal, Puylaroque.

Wednesday 16th March Le Rocher Tremblant (8km) RV 9.30, road to St Amans, opposite the sign for the Chateau de Cas on the St Antonin to Caylus road. Terrain steep at first, then downhill, and flat.

Wednesday 23rd March Feneyrols (8km) RV: 9.30 Chateau at Feneyrols. Terrain: mixed.
Afterwards: Le Gaspacho, St Antonin.

Wednesday 30th March Around Roane (8km) RV; 9.30 at the Cirque de Bone. Terrain, mostly flat.
