Randonees en mai - Walks in May
Les randonnées en mai
Mercredi le 6 mai Lavaurette (7.5 km) R-v 9.30, départ:l' église à Lavaurette. Lavaurette se trouve sur le pateau. Prenez la route D958 de St Antonin à Caussade, à droite après le domain Audubert en direction vers Servenac. Terrain: plat.
Mercredi le 13 mai Lacapelle Livron (7 km) R-v: 9.30 départ, le parking en face de la chappelle de Notre Dames des Graces qui se trouve 6 km de Caylus par la D19. Terrain: facile.
Après: Chez Dany, Saillagol.
Mercredi le 20 mai le chemin du lac, Parisot (7kms) R-v: 9.30 départ l'église à Parisot.
Terrain: facile.
Mercredi le 27 mai Le panorame de Suquets, Penne (6-7 km) R-v: 9.30 départ le parking, carrefour D9 (Vaour) et D33, en contrebas de la D115, à 100 m du lieu dit Granier. Terrain: melangé, au début et à la fin, un peu raide mais pas difficile.
Après, au Manjocarn, route de Brousses.

Wednesday 6th May Lavaurette (7.5 km) RV:9.30 at the church, Lavaurette which is on the plateau. Take the D958 from St Antonin to Caussade and the first right to Servanac after the domain Audubert (signposted on the right). Terrain: flat
Wednesday 13th May Lacapelle Livron (7km) RV; 9.30 at the chapel of Notre Dames des Graces which is signposted 6km from Caylus off the D19. Terrain: undulating but easy.
Afterwards: lunch at Chez Dany, Saillagol.
Wednesday 20th May the lake path, Parisot (7kms) RV: 9.30 at the church, Parisot. Terrain: easy.
Wednesday 27th May Le panorame des Suquets, Penne ( 6-7 kms) RV: 9.30 from the parking place at the crossroads of the D9 Vaour and the D33, which is below the D115 , 100 metres from Granier.
Terrain: a bit steep at the beginning and end, undulating between times - worth it for the views of Penne.
Afterwards at the Manjocarn, route to Brousses

Mercredi 3 juin Loze (6-7km) R-v 9.30 Départ:L'église, Loze (Caylus - St Projet D19). Terrain: pas difficile.
Après: Chez Dany, Saillagol. (apéro, crudités, jambon, rôti de porc, fromages, desserts, digestif, vin compris 16.50 euros)
Mercredi 10 juin Une sortie parmi les fleurs autour de St Antonin (6 km) dirigé par Erik et Harma Jongejan. R-v: 9.30 départ: La Place des Tilleuls, St Antonin. Terrain: mélangé.
Après: Le Gazpacho (Crudités, plat (poulet), dessert, cafe, vin compris 11.50 euros).
Mercredi 17 juin St Symphorien (9-10km). R-v: 9.30 départ: l'église, Lavourette (prenez la D58 St Antonin à Caussade, suivez Servenac) ensuite co-voiturage à Sorris. Terrain: mélangé.
Après: pique-nique sur la place, Lavourette.
Mercredi 24 juin Mémers. R-v: 9.30 départ, L'atelier gourmand (restaurant), route principale.
Terrain: mélangé.

Wed 17th June St Symphorien (9-10 km) 9.30 from the church, Lavourette (from the D58 St Antonin- Caussade, head for Servenac). Then car sharing for short trip to Sorris. Terrain: mixed but not difficult.
Afterwards: picnic at Lavourette.
Wed 24th June Memer. R-v 9.30 at L'Atelier Gourmand restaurant on the main road through Memer (road to Villefranche from St Antonin). Terrain: not difficult.
Afterwards: lunch at L'Atelier Gourmand, Memer.
Note that on 3rd June at 2 pm there will be an orchid walk starting from the church in Espinas, led by a specialist on orchids who speaks English and French.

Espinas. 6-7 kms. 09:30 L'Eglise, Espinas. Terrain: gently rolling.
15 avril
Caylus. 10kms. RV. 09:30 at the car partk (first left up the hill after the Renaissance restaurant). Terrain: mixed
Lunch at Renaissance, Caylus
22 avril
Monpalach 8-9kms. RV 09:30 TO BE CONFIRMED. Terrain: Mixed
Lunch: Picnic at Tony and Helen Stevens house - bring your own food/wine.
29 avril
Cazals. 8kms. RV. 09:30 L'Eglise, Cazals (6km Saint Antonin D115 to Bruniquel, turn right at the Blue Bridge)
Terrain: mixed, uphill initially but not particularly difficult then on the Plateau before gradual descent to Cazals.
Lunch: Manjocarn

On a personal note: Thank you all for your good wishes, cards and flowers and chocolates.....which I am just now able to start munching through, whilst I was in hospital. I am now home and recovering (slowly), and hope to be joining you on the walks very soon.
