Les randonnées en février 2010
Mercredi 3 février Joany (10km) r-v 9.30 départ L’église du Bosc de la Cam ( route de St Antonin à Espinas). Terrain: un peu pentu par endroits.
Mercredi 10 février Les Granges (10km) r-v 9.30 départ le parking, Les Granges
(deuxième à gauche après la Domaine Audubert , route de St Antonin à Caussade.
Après: La Brasserie, St Antonin.
Mercredi 17 février Les Deux St Amans (8km) r-v 9.30 départ l’église. Pour trouvez St Amans, quittez la D19 qui va de Caylus à St Antonin en face du chateau du Cas pour prendre la petite route qui monte a St Amans.
Mercredi 24 février Mémer (8km) r-v 9.30 départ le parking du restaurant, L’atelier Gourmand, Mémer. Terrain: plat.
Après: L’Atelier Gourmand.

Wed Feb 3rd Joany (10km) RV 9.30 at the Bosc church. Bosc de la Cam is situated just off (left) the road from St Antonin to Espinas. The terrain is mixed with some steep parts.
Wed 10th Feb Les Granges (10km) RV 9.30 at Les Granges which is situated off the St Antonin to Caussade road, following the second left turn after the Domaine Audubert. Terrain is mixed but not difficult.
Afterwards: Lunch at the Brasserie, St Antonin.
Wed 17th Feb Les Deux St Amans (8km) Rv 9.30 at St Amans church. St Amans can be found by taking the road opposite the Chateau du Cas on the St Antonin-Caylus road. Terrain:This walk is pleasantly undulating. Please note: This walk is being repeated as it rained very heavily on the morning of this walk last autumn and few people attended.
Wed 24th Feb Memer (8km) Rv 9.30 at the car park of the restaurant in Memer. Terrain, flat.
Afterward: lunch at L' Atelier Gourmand.

Please Note
One of our walkers has commented on the "pace" of the walks - ie too quick. The comment made was that the "walking group" was a GROUP (ie walking together) and that the idea was to walk, chat, see interesting things (flowers, shrubs, trees, birds etc etc) and not take off at a galloping pace.
Also, some like to be able to/need to, take a "rest stop" on occasions and then find themselves left behind. So, can we perhaps walk at a slightly slower pace?
Perhaps the "front walkers" be aware of the "back walkers" and stop now and again to consider slower walkers, who could quite easily get lost. Keep an eye on the group so that it doesn't get too spread out.

Change of plan on lunch for Jan walks :
Segalar is not open in January so there won't be a meal after the end of month walk.
Possibility of going to the Parisot restaurant, but this needs to be confirmed. If all else fails, it will be at the Brasserie.
