Mercredi le 4 février Joany (10km) R-v: 9.30 Départ: l'église du Bosc (route à Espinas de St Antonin) Terrain: vallonnée.

Mercredi le 11 février Mémer (8km) R-v: 9.30 Départ: le parking au restaurant à Mémer (route principale). Mémer se trouve sur la route D926 à Villefranche de St Antonin, 16km de Caylus. Terrain: plat

Après: déjeuner au restaurant à Mémer.

Mercredi 18 février Les deux St Amans (8km) R-v: 9.30 départ: L'église de St Amans. Quittez la D19 - à Caylus de St Antonin - et, en face du Chateau de Cas, prenez la petite route qui monte à St Amans. Terrain; vallonnée mais pas difficile.

Mercredi le 25 février Cornusson à Cornerave (8km) R-v 9.30 Départ: L'église de Cornusson, qui se trouve sur la route à Verfeil de Parisot, D33. Terrain: au début, en pente, mais pas difficile.

Après: déjeuner au Restaurant de la Vallée, Cornusson.

Walks in February

Wednesday 4th February Joany (10km) RV: 9.30 at the Bosc church (road from St Antonin to Espinas). Terrain: rolling countryside.

Wednesday 11th February Memer (8km) RV: the restaurant at Memer , the only one in the village, situated on the main road, the D926 from St Antonin to Villefranche, 16km from Caylus.

Afterwards lunch at the restaurant (13 euros).

Wednesday 18th February Les deux St Amans (8km) 9.30 at St Amans church.(D19 from St Antonin to Caylus, take the small road directly opposite the Chateau de Cas, signposted St Amans). Terrain; rolling but not difficult.

Wednesday 25th February Cornusson to Cornerave (8km) RV: Cornusson church (D33 Parisot to Verfeil). Terrain: at first gently sloping uphill but not difficult.

Afterwards: lunch at the Restaurant de la Vallee, Cornusson.

A good turn out for the 1st Walk of 2009, pity it wasn't such a good morning, but a nice (certainly NOT flat) walk was had

Mercredi le14 janvier Autour du Roc D'Anglars (PR 9, 6 km) R-v: 9.30 Départ: le parking de la gare (en face du tunnel) St Antonin. Terrain: Au début en pente mais pour la plupart sur le plateau.

Mercredi le 21 janvier Les Granges (11km) R-v: 9.30 Départ: Les Granges (D958 St Antonin à Caussade, la deuxième route à gauche après Domaine Audubert (un grand panneau à droite). Terrain: en grande partie, plat.

Mercredi le 28 janvier La Bastide-de-Penne ( 7.7km) R-v: 9.30 Départ:depuis Caussade, juste avant Puylaroque, empruntez à gauche la D20. En vue du chateau d'eau prenez à droite en direction La Bastide-de-Penne. Au carrefour avec le chemin du chateau d'eau garez-vous sur l'emplacement à droite. Terrain: facile

Apres: Le Vieux Moulin, Puylaroque.

Walks in January 2009

Wednesday 14th January Roc D'Anglars (PR9, 6kms) RV: the former station car park (opposite the tunnel) St Antonin. Terrain: a fairly gentle climb at first but mainly on the plateau.

Wednesday 21st January Les Granges (11km) RV:9.30 at Les Granges. (The second turn left after the Domaine Audubert which is signposted on the right on the D958 from St Antonin to Caussade).
Terrain:gently rolling, if not absolutely flat.

Wednesday 28th January La Bastide-de-Penne (7.7kms) RV.9.30 From Caussade take the left turn onto the D20 just before Puylaroque. In sight of the water tower, take the right turn towards La Bastide-de-Penne. At the crossroads with the path to the water tower park there is parking on the right.
Terrain: gently rolling.

Afterwards, lunch at Le Vieux Moulin, Puylaroque.
